95% of the grapes that go into our wines are grown right on premise. The grapes that we grow are a white variety called Itasca, 2 red varieties called Petite Pearl and Crimson Pearl. These varieties were bred for the cold winter conditions that we experience here in South Dakota. Plus they make very good wine. ![]()
